Through thought-provoking discussions and engaging performances, we navigate the intersections of arts and women’s identity and expression, amplifying diverging perspectives.

Join us for an immersive exploration of women’s identity and expression through the lens of art at Arts n Chill. Celebrating the creative talents and unique perspectives of female artists across Nigeria, this event delves into the multifaceted identities and expressions of women in the arts.

Conversations at The Arts ‘n’ Women event is hosted by Liberation Africa Alliance – a feminist, Pan-African collective seeking to ask critical questions, raise consciousness and document the cultural evolution of a liberated Africa. The event will be moderated by Omolara Oriye, and will be joined by 4 amazing women across various fields – Abisola Kudurat Gbadamosi, Iyanuoluwa Adenle, Liber, and Oreoluwa Oyinlola. Our other partner is Nest Hub where the event will take place.

For our first AnC in Lagos, we invite both old friends and new to join us. With live poetry and background music enriching the atmosphere, we create opportunities for collaboration and connection within the local creative community.
